Q: Do you repair all types of vacuums?
A: Yes. As long as we can obtain parts for your vacuum model we can repair it. We have over 22 years experience with vacuums of all kinds. No matter how obscure a model your vacuum might be, chances are we have worked on them before.

Q: How much will it cost to have my vacuum serviced and repaired?
A: Every repair is unique, with its own problems and solutions. What’s more, each manufacturer charges different prices for their parts. As a result, each repair job will entail different costs. However, Allstar Vacuum offers free estimates and consultation services. Bring your vacuum in for an evaluation and we will give you a free estimate of the cost of repair.

Q: Do I need an appointment to drop off my vacuum?
A: No. Walk-ins are always welcome at Allstar Vacuum.

Q: How long will it take to have my repair completed?
A: It is extremely rare for any repair to take longer than two days to complete. However, your repair could be delayed by a special order part. We try to never take any longer than 5 to 7 business days to complete any repair.

Q: When do I pay for my service?
A: Payment is due upon the completion of the repair and pickup by customer.

Q: Do you perform in-home service calls for central vacuuming systems?
A: Yes. Not all repairs call for in-home service, but Allstar Vacuum will make house calls if needed. Call us at 902.453.1083 to determine whether or not in-home service is required.

Q: How often should I replace the parts of my vacuum?
A: Replacing worn parts on your vacuum cleaner can improve operation and prolong the life of your machine. To ensure optimum performance you should install a fresh bag before it is full; replace your belt every 4 to 6 months; and change filters every 3 to 6 months.
